maybe when i was 16, fresh with a brand new drivers license, have i ever been so excited for a full tank of gas and the ability to cruise wherever your heart leds. until now that is....
currently over 85% of nashville was out of gas thanks to our friend ike. but today was a break through! actually yesterday was when marsh was able to find gas for my car. since my car was gassed up i was able to break free from my house arrest and eat lunch with a friend today. this morning marsh took his car to work and yet again found more gas! the excitement of it all! we not only have one but two full tanks of gas now! i feel like we should seize the moment and just drive around in circles solely because we can! haha! i'm just joking! gas is way better to find today than yesterday but there are still several stations our of commission for the time being so we will be smart with our gas. yes, i throughly enjoyed my escape today. i was finally able to run my errands. never have i been more excited to run errands! so for all you folks who probably see getting gas as one big pain in the butt, imagine what you would do if you didn't have any. i def appreciate my car and gas so much more now!
